Our Production Technology

Our fertilizer plant utilizes a state-of-the-art production system designed by the Italian company LB, featuring a Granulator and Fluidized Bed Dryer for the production of microgranular fertilizers. This system, specifically developed for high-efficiency and high-quality production, incorporates the latest technological innovations in fertilizer manufacturing. Compared to traditional methods, this technology operates more stably and efficiently, ensuring fertilizers are produced in the desired form and quality, thus increasing agricultural productivity

Thanks to modern and advanced technological solutions, we are raising the quality standard in production and ensuring that our products better meet market demands. We are proud to be the first and only facility in Türkiye to possess this technology. This reinforces our leading position in the sector and allows us to produce according to international standards. Thanks to our innovative approach, we can offer competitive products not only for the domestic market but also for export markets.

Our facility's fundamental principle is to produce the highest quality products rather than high-volume production. To achieve the highest standards in fertilizer production, every stage is meticulously controlled, and the production process is managed to guarantee quality. In the future, we aim to increase our capacity and achieve a larger production volume. Furthermore, quality control processes are implemented with great precision at our facility; each product undergoes detailed testing to ensure optimal performance.

One of the strengths of our production facility is its modern storage and logistics infrastructure. The facility features a racking system with a storage capacity of 3,003 pallets. This system allows for the organized and secure storage of products, while ensuring more efficient and systematic logistics operations. Furthermore, state-of-the-art 100% electric Reach Trucks and VNA systems are used in warehouse operations. The pallet trucks and forklifts used in the production process are also fully electric, enabling a more environmentally friendly and sustainable operational process. Warehouse management is designed to ensure the fast and orderly shipment of products from production.

Our facility has adopted an environmentally friendly production approach, creating a process that minimizes carbon emissions. To increase energy efficiency and utilize renewable resources, we obtain a significant portion of our energy from solar power with a 1,188 kWh capacity solar power system. Furthermore, we utilize a biological treatment system for the environmentally safe disposal of domestic wastewater and a scrubber system for cleaning the air produced during manufacturing. These investments have made our production processes environmentally conscious and sustainable.
